What does the Cholesterol Profile Blood Test detect?

The accuracy of the test relies on the approximate error percentage. This percentage is the percentage deviation from the actual result. I want to share something that happened a few days ago at the office.
A person came, and she wanted to reduce her belly fat. Her state of mind struck me. She was scared, and when I learned why she was scared, I decided to write this article as many people live like this.
She was worried because she had “high Levels” and was afraid she would suffer a heart attack or stroke. You may not believe it, but her level was 220, and the maximum value allowed is “up to 200”. But this made her panic and lose control of herself. It was not easy, but I managed to calm her down, and I think it will be useful for someone else to learn how.
First, you must know that an “up to 200” marker is not a marker for a heart attack or stroke. You should check the LDL and HDL levels. Also, if LDL is increased and HDL lowered, it might be a more reliable indicator of an increased risk of cardiovascular disease.
Tell us about “the molecule of life” for two simple reasons:
It is the fundamental “building block” necessary for the construction of other molecules such as stress hormones (cortisol, aldosterone, etc.) and sexual hormones (estrogens, progesterone, testosterone). Also, without these hormones, you would have serious problems staying alive, and already, when they start to decrease, we become ill with serious diseases.
It is “NOT” a fat but an alcohol (for this reason, it ends up in “OLO” like ethanol, methanol, etc…). This feature is fundamental; do you know why? Whenever toxins accumulate in your body’s tissue, many nutrients can no longer pass from the blood to the cells of that tissue. Therefore, they experience an energy shortage, which can harm survival. In these conditions, a life-saving molecule intervenes, passing through the toxins and reaching the cells to bring them the necessary energy. But this molecule has a high energy content, which, due to its alcoholic nature, passes among the toxins, is precisely this biomarker.
So you now understand that levels of 220 – 230 should not cause any alarmism because they are a sign of tissue intoxication due to poor nutrition and excess of toxic substances of environmental origin or produced by endogenous metabolism.

Follow a better diet, i.e., REDUCE REFINED SUGAR and avoid them completely in the evening. Remember that to lower Levels, since it is alcohol, you must first reduce sugars and fats. I have often seen people on a diet who only ate fruit, bread, pasta, and cereals and complained that the diet had no effect.
Help the body to EXPEL accumulated TOXINS by reducing chronic inflammation and, therefore, the need to increase it by the liver.
What happens when the result is too high?
Atherosclerosis is triggered when the levels in circulation are too high. It progresses silently until the complete obstruction of the vessels or the formation of thrombi, which obstruct the flow of blood and significantly increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, kidney damage, and brain stroke.
But there are some other risk factors for the development of atherosclerosis, like diabetes, a sedentary life or smoking.
Also, a rich diet in animal fats causes higher levels.

Cholesterol helps guard against the damage caused by atherosclerotic plaque. It can occur on important arteries (such as the heart’s coronary arteries) and other vital organs. It can bring about the development of serious acute diseases with sudden outcomes, such as myocardial infarction, thrombosis, l brain stroke or kidney complications.
