Medicines Online Ltd, in correlation with the UK Government Homes for Ukraine Sponsor Scheme, has already additionally donated nearly £50,000 and will continue to donate up to a total of £100,000 for refugees travel, accommodation and medical needs of Ukrainians fleeing their homes due to the Russian invasion.
The Donations made by our customers will be used to help stop this war, to help people in need for medications, crossing borders, people’s safety and for those seeking safety in the U.K.
Additionally, everyone will be able to be served in the company’s laboratories and undergo a medical tests using the various ranges of diagnostic services of the Laboratory.
Wandsworth Council has already inspected and approved 2 properties set aside by Medicines Online staff to support the Homes for Ukraine scheme. And others are possible depending on demand.

Missed appointments or cancellations less than 24 hours prior are not entitled to refunds. Rescheduling is possible but not guaranteed. Please contact the customer service prior to the appointment time to discuss cost and availability options.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To Qualify for any return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. Not used, not opened, unworn, in its original packaging. You will also need to send it to us with the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer next day delivery; however courier delivery times are out of our control. We are unable to offer refunds for any late deliveries. But you will receive courier tracking information once your order has been dispatched. And orders placed by 1pm are dispatched on the same day.
