How Does It Work?

You will need to make your appointment and visit us on-site to have your sample collected for the test.

Missed appointments or cancellations less than 24 hours prior are not entitled to refunds. Rescheduling is possible but not guaranteed. Please contact the customer service prior to the appointment time to discuss cost and availability options.

How Long Do Test Result Take?

The target turnaround time for the results is one to three days. The turnaround time is a guide only and will sometimes depend upon assay run schedules.
