- Where Medicines Online has not refunded your purchase price and you are in dispute with them Markel will evaluate the dispute and determine independently if a refund should be issued if one has not yet been issued.

- You have received an agreed refund.
- You have applied for a chargeback from your payment provider.
How to make a Claim?
You can make a claim on Markel in the following circumstances:
- You have a written confirmation that your claim for a refund is refused.
- Or you have received legal advice that your claim is within the terms of sale that you agreed to but your refund is still not issued to you.
- You have received confirmation that your entitled to a refund but the refund has not been received by you within 30 days.
- You have WhatsApp evidence that the company has ignored your request for more than 30 days.
