How to make a Claim?

You can make a claim on Markel in the following circumstances:

  • You have a written confirmation that your claim for a refund is refused.
  • Or you have received legal advice that your claim is within the terms of sale that you agreed to but your refund is still not issued to you.
  • You have received confirmation that your entitled to a refund but the refund has not been received by you within 30 days.
